Arsenal are boosted by the news of a target reportedly interested In joining the club when the January transfer window.
Via Squawka, the Paris Saint Germaine defensive midfielder Aldrien Rabiot has tacitly expressed his desire to join the club. Unconfirmed reports claim that he has told friends that he is certain of an Arsenal loan move in January
This is coming after he was quoted as saying he has told the club president of his intent to leave the club in search of more game time. Normally, it is easier to discard the speculation of his intended move. However, the longevity of this story has stretched beyond oblivion that we just have to take it seriously.
Everything seems to be in place for this deal: the player wants the move, Arsenal are in dire need of a defensive midfielder, he is a stereotype Wenger signing – young, quality and errrm free.
PSG will obviously not want to sell him outrightly so the player may just stay for just six months.
Wenger has proven that he can wave his magic band over any player he craves for. Therefore getting this one done and over with is something not particularly difficult for the 66-year-old. He could yet make some call, speak some French and viola! The player is a Gooner.
